Visionaries Toastmasters

What happens at a typical Visionaries Toastmasters meeting:

1. An opening thought is presented, then everyone goes around the room and introduces themselves.
2. The Toastmaster for the evening is introduced, and the theme of the meeting is presented.
3. All functionaries describe their duties.
4. Table Topics. An exercise in impromptu speaking for everyone.
5. Break and snacks!
6. Two speakers speak.
7. Two evaluators evaluate the speakers.
8. A general evaluation is made of the whole meeting.
9. Awards are given for Best Speaker, Best Table Topics Speaker, Best Evaluator, Most Improved Speaker and an optional Enthusiasm Award.
10. Closing thought is presented, announcements made, meeting adjourned.
