HOTEL: We recommend the Ayers Inn, located in Alpine, California, just 20 miles east of the San Diego airport. This hotel is located only 8 blocks from the Alpine Community Church where the program will be held.

Transportation:

FLIGHT INFORMATION: The closest airport is the San Diego Lindburgh Field International Airport (SAN) which is about a 45 minute drive to Alpine.

AIRLINE TICKET PURCHASE: Past participants have recommended these sources for locating inexpensive airline tickets:

Others who have purchased online airline tickets recommend that after you have located your best priced ticket from Expedia or Travelocity, before you purchase tickets from them, check out the same flight on the website of the applicable airline and see what their lowest fare is for that flight. Sometimes it is even less to buy direct!

TRANSPORTATION FROM THE AIRPORT:
Blue Sky Ranch Community members are available for airport pickup at 3:00pm and again at 5:30pm on the night before the workshop begins. Please let us know in advance if this is something you would be interested in. The cost is $20..

SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM THE AIRPORT:
There is also a Cloud 9 Shuttle Service available from the airport, with prepaid reservation rates available. The price of a one way ticket, from the Airport to the hotel in Alpine, is around $55.00. Call (800) 974-8885.

Car Rental:
Most leading car rental companies can be found near the San Diego Airport (SAN), with convenient shuttle service to and from their lots. Good sources for finding the best online car rental rates and for making on-line reservations can be found at:
